Dean Zottos
Dean is a life long resident of New Hampshire. At the age of 14 he took his first job in a restaurant, but it was later, during his college years, that he made the decision to pursue a career in the restaurant industry. At 22 years old, he opened his first location in Manchester, NH. Throughout his career Dean has owned and operated several restaurants. He retired from the restaurant industry in 2023 after a successful 16 year run in Portsmouth, NH as the owner of Cafe Nostimo/Nostimo Greek.
Dean’s pride and respect for his Greek heritage was evident in how he operated Cafe Nostimo. From the menu, featuring traditional Greek cuisine created from family recipes, to live Greek music events he hosted, along with Nostimo Catering and Nostimo Greek Provisions, which featured olive oils, wines, and products imported from Greece, Dean’s appreciation and knowledge of the Greek culture has always been evident.
As the Co-founder of Zeta Fine Foods, Dean is bringing his knowledge and passion for the restaurant business, foodservice, and European culture to his clients.
Helen Kandaras
Helen grew up in Kalamata, Greece and currently resides in the Boston area. She founded the Parnon Estates brand, which began as a mere dream to honor her late father.
Growing up in Kalamata, Greece she remembered visiting the olive groves with her grandparents and seeing the love and passion they had for their land which inspired her to continue the legacy of her family’s olive oil estate. She started her journey of producing a superior quality olive oil for import to the USA under the Parnon Estates brand which made its debut in 2017.
Since then, Parnon Estates has won many prestigious awards in Europe’s largest olive oil competition for Health and Nutrition, and London’s International Olive Oil Award. Helen has been featured in “’Where Women Work” magazine, as well as, several other publications and tv spots.
In early 2023, Helen became a Co-founder of Zeta Fine Foods where she continues sharing her love for the food and culture of her homeland.
